You see it before you keep it
Turnaround is 3 days. When your album is ready we send it to you to watch. If the quality is not what you hoped for, say so within 7 days and we refund every cent — you keep nothing, we keep nothing.

How long does it take?
Usually about 3 days from the day your photos reach us. We email you the moment your album is ready.
What kind of photos can I send?
Prints you have scanned, or simply photographed with your phone, are perfect. We take JPEG, PNG, HEIC (straight from an iPhone) and TIFF. If you are photographing a print, lay it flat near a window and avoid glare; we tidy up each photo before we start.
What happens to my photos?
They are kept in private storage with no public link, and we never use them in our own marketing unless you say yes. We delete them within 90 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask. Our privacy page names every service that handles them.

Then we make it again. We watch every clip before it goes into your album, and anything that does not feel like them gets redone. If it still is not right, you are covered by our refund.
How do I give it as a gift?
Your album arrives as a private link that plays on a phone, tablet, computer or TV. Send it in a card, play it at a birthday lunch, or share it with the whole family. Only people with the link can see it.
